Zutaten für Rezept Scottish Sparkle:
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 1 bottle sparkling white wine
the juice of 1 lemon- 1 pint Drambuie (2/3 cup)
- 3 pint lemonade (2 cups)
mix the dry white wine, lemon juice and Drambuie together in a jug and
chill, then at the last minute add the sparkling wine and lemonade.
float pink and white rose petals on the surface and add plenty of ice
to the punch before serving.

Drambuie, ist ein original schottischer liqueur, 'importiert' von
prinz 'bonnie charly', dem anfuehrer' des 'jakobiner-aufstandes' 1741,
es war sein persönliches leibgericht (gesöff) und als dank fuer die
fluchthilfe nach der niederlage bei culloden (1742) an die familie
mackinnons of strathaird uebergeben (1746). Der name 'drambuie' ist aus
dem gälischen 'an dram buidbeach' abgeleitet, was soviel wie ' der drink
der zufriedebheit' heisst (frei uebersetzt... (gälische sprache...
schwere sprache).
